These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rappick mobile application and services. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
“Customer” means a user listing a delivery job through the Platform.
“Delivery Service Provider” means any independent courier, transporter, delivery provider, logistics operator, fleet operator, self-employed driver, or delivery company offering collection and delivery services through the Platform.
“Goods” means parcels, boxes, furniture, commercial items, personal goods, or other lawful items listed through the Platform.
“Platform” means the website, mobile application, and marketplace system operated by Needletail Ltd.
2. Nature of the Platform
Needletail operates solely as an online technology marketplace platform connecting Customers with independent Delivery Service Providers.
Needletail:
does not transport Goods;
does not employ Delivery Service Providers;
does not operate as a courier business;
does not take possession of Goods.
All transportation services are provided independently by Delivery Service Providers.
3. Delivery Listings
Customers may create delivery listings including:
collection address;
delivery address;
preferred dates and estimated times;
item descriptions;
photographs;
delivery instructions.
Customers warrant that all information provided is accurate and lawful.
4. Quotation and Booking Process
Delivery Service Providers may submit quotations for listed delivery jobs.
Customers may:
accept a quotation;
reject a quotation;
submit one counter-offer only.
Following a counter-offer:
the Delivery Service Provider may accept or reject the revised offer;
no further negotiation is permitted through the Platform.
Once accepted, Customers must complete payment before collection.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe Connect or authorised third-party payment providers.
Needletail acts solely as a marketplace intermediary and payment facilitator.
Customer funds may be temporarily held pending:
delivery completion;
dispute review;
fraud prevention checks;
verification requirements.
Needletail does not operate as a regulated bank, escrow institution, or payment institution.
6. Platform Fees
The following fees apply:
Customer platform fee: 5% of total job value;
Delivery Service Provider commission fee: 12% of total job value.
Fees may be deducted automatically before payout.
7. Delivery Service Provider Payouts
Payouts are normally released within 14 days after:
successful delivery completion;
verification confirmation;
dispute clearance.
Delivery Service Providers may be required to complete identity verification through Stripe Connect before receiving payouts.
8. Estimated Collection and Delivery Times
All collection and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
traffic conditions;
weather;
vehicle breakdowns;
accidents;
operational delays;
circumstances outside reasonable control.
Customers must contact the Delivery Service Provider directly for updates.
Needletail accepts no liability for delayed deliveries.
9. Verification and Evidence Requirements
Delivery Service Providers may be required to:
scan barcode or QR verification codes;
upload collection photographs;
upload delivery photographs;
provide timestamped evidence;
provide GPS confirmation.
Failure to provide verification evidence may delay payouts.
10. Delivery Service Provider Responsibilities
Delivery Service Providers are solely responsible for:
collection of Goods;
transportation;
handling;
delivery performance;
damaged Goods;
missing Goods;
insurance;
legal compliance.
Delivery Service Providers warrant that they maintain:
valid driving licences where applicable;
valid motor insurance;
appropriate goods-in-transit insurance where applicable.
11. Damage, Loss, and Liability Disclaimer
Needletail Ltd acts solely as a technology marketplace platform.
Needletail accepts no liability for:
indirect or consequential losses.
Any claims relating to transportation must be resolved directly between the Customer and the Delivery Service Provider.
12. Disputes
Needletail may temporarily hold payouts during disputes.
Users may be required to provide:
Needletail acts as a neutral intermediary and does not guarantee dispute outcomes.
13. Prohibited Goods
Users must not list or transport:
Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated for breaches.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Needletail excludes liability for:
delivery failures;
damaged Goods;
missing items;
delays;
business interruption;
Delivery Service Provider conduct.
Nothing excludes liability for:
fraud;
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
liabilities which cannot legally be excluded.
