Account Deletion Policy

At Rappick, we respect your right to control your personal data. This policy explains the process for requesting account deletion, what happens to your data, and our retention practices.

  1. How Users Request Account Deletion
    • Users can request account deletion by contacting our support team via email at support@rappick.com.
    • Include your account email and a brief reason for deletion in the request.
    • Requests will be processed within 30 days of verification.
  2. What Data is Deleted
    • Personal information: Name, email, phone number, and profile details.
    • Order history and transaction records.
    • Location data and delivery preferences.
    • Any uploaded documents or images associated with your account.
  3. What Data (if any) is Retained
    • Anonymized data for analytics and service improvement purposes.
    • Data required for legal compliance, such as tax records or dispute resolution.
    • Backup copies during the retention period.
  4. Retention Period
    • Deleted data is permanently removed from active systems within 30 days.
    • Retained data is kept for a maximum of 7 years for legal and compliance purposes, after which it is securely deleted.
    • Backup data may be retained for up to 1 year for recovery purposes.
  5. Additional Notes
    • Account deletion is irreversible. You will lose access to all services and data.
    • If you have outstanding orders or payments, deletion may be delayed until resolution.
